Working draft pending legal review. This is not legal advice. Bracketed details ([…]) must be completed before publication.
These terms govern access to and use of Tavola, the private community for hospitality. By registering or using the app you accept these terms in full.
Tavola is a service operated by [Legal name], tax ID [Tax ID], registered at [address], Valencia (Spain). You can contact us at hola@wearetavola.com.
Tavola is a private, paid community exclusively for hospitality professionals, offering perks at partner venues, editorial content, jobs and industry events.
Registering, subscribing or using Tavola implies acceptance of these terms and of the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
To become a member you must be of legal age and work in the hospitality industry. During sign-up you must verify your employment by uploading documentation (a payslip, contract or work-life certificate).
We review every signup by hand. We may deny, suspend or revoke access if the documentation is insufficient, cannot be verified, or we detect fraudulent use.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account, which is personal and non-transferable. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.
Membership includes a 90-day free trial. When the trial ends, unless cancelled beforehand, the paid subscription starts at the current rate (€0/month or €45/year, taxes included).
The subscription renews automatically for equivalent periods until you cancel. Payments are processed through our provider Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
We may update our rates; we will notify you in advance and changes will apply from the next renewal.
You can cancel any time from My profile → Membership → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made.
As a consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal right. As this is a digital service with immediate access, by starting the trial or subscription you request immediate performance; once performance has begun this right may be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, fees already accrued are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
Perks are offered by partner venues and may change or end. Each offer has its own conditions (days, time slots, capacity or party size per membership), which you must respect.
To redeem an offer you must be physically at the venue with location on and show your code to the staff. Offers are for personal use: they cannot be resold or transferred.
Access to Tavola requires respectful behaviour, both in the app and at venues.
You can share your unique referral link. When the person you refer starts a paid subscription, you may both receive the corresponding reward. "Pending" invitations expire after 14 days. We reserve the right to void rewards obtained fraudulently or abusively.
Tavola acts as an intermediary between members and venues. The hospitality service itself is provided by each venue, which is responsible for its offer. Venues only ever receive aggregate redemption figures, never personally identifiable member data.
The Tavola brand, logo, editorial content and software belong to [Legal name] or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit the content without authorisation.
You may not use Tavola fraudulently, resell offers, impersonate others, share your account, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality of the service provided by venues nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the community rules. You may cancel your membership at any time.
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the changes are material, notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated version.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For any questions about these terms, write to us at hola@wearetavola.com.
